These terms govern your use of the Eshreely website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

The service and your account

Eshreely provides tools and content for discovering automotive parts and connecting with sellers. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law or violate another person’s rights, publish misleading or harmful information, impersonate anyone, send unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or automatically extract data without permission.

Content and seller transactions

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the right to share it. You grant Eshreely a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. Sellers may provide product, price, and availability information; verify those details directly before purchasing. Eshreely does not guarantee seller content, product availability, or the outcome of a transaction between a user and seller.

Availability and ownership

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security. Rights in the platform, software, marks, and content owned by Eshreely or its licensors are reserved. Copying or reselling them requires written permission.

Suspension and liability

We may restrict or suspend an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or users or the platform are at risk. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect damages or interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
