This policy explains how Eshreely (“we”) handles information when you use our website and services. Eshreely is an automotive-parts platform where users can discover product content and connect with sellers. By using the service, you acknowledge this policy.

• Account information: first and last name, email address, phone number, Wilaya, and the password you provide at registration (stored as a password hash).
• Google sign-in information: if you choose Google sign-in, we receive profile information Google is authorized to share, such as your name, email address, account identifier, and profile picture when available. We do not receive your Google password.
• Usage and content: profile details and content you submit or send through the service, as well as basic interaction records needed to operate features.
• Technical and security information: session data and cookies needed for authentication, and IP address, browser information, and error or security logs when available.
• Support communications: information you choose to send when contacting support.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify email addresses, authenticate users, provide service content and features, help users connect with sellers, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. Google information is used only for the account creation or sign-in you select.
